Sharif J. Small, is a Tax Wealth Strategist, Fractional CFO Accountant, Real Estate Developer/Investor and Economic Business Development Consultant with over 20 years of experience running a tax accounting, real estate development and business advisory practice. He has a passion for helping small, minority and veteran owned businesses to start, grow and scale successfully into building generational wealth, financial freedom and leaving a legacy.   Sharif educational background includes an A.A. in Business Administration from the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) and graduating with a B.S. in Accounting with honors and a Concentration in Personal Financial Planning from Towson University. Sharif is a sought-after speaker on financial literacy, entrepreneurship and real estate topics.   Sharif has experience as a Small Business Instructor teaching the two-day, VBOC SBA boots to business classes on military bases. Also, SBA Thrive Business Coach and SBA Emerging Leader Class Facilitator for the SBA Baltimore Headquarters Downtown. In addition, teaches the Tax Planning and Business Development Workshops for the Baltimore Small Development Center and SBA.
