One of the biggest challenges entrepreneurs face is access to capital, and too often, financial history becomes a barrier. This session will focus on how strengthening your personal finances creates a stronger foundation for your entrepreneurial journey.

Led by Justin Frazier of CSE Federal Credit Union, this workshop will highlight practical strategies for building financial wellness, improving credit, and positioning yourself for long-term business success.

Justin brings more than 14 years of leadership experience in credit unions and retail. Certified in financial counseling and credit union development, he is passionate about community outreach, financial education, and helping individuals gain the tools they need to succeed.

Whether you’re launching your first venture or scaling an existing business, this event will give you the financial insight and resources to move forward with confidence.
